Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to assist the CEO/Medical Director and Business Manager in a healthcare administration office. In this vital role, you will assist with overseeing business operations, human resources, budgeting, billing and marketing.Responsibilities<ul><li>Oversee the credentialing process for all medical staff and companies, ensuring filings and records are up-to-date</li><li>Serve as central point of contact for ordering supplies and negotiating pricing with supply vendors</li><li>Responsible for employee relations including staff scheduling, hiring, discipline and maintaining employee records</li><li>Coordinate content and manage social media platforms, advertising, website administration and in-office media displays</li><li>Assist in-house medical billing team with claim submission</li><li>Collaborate with medical providers and company managers on providing efficient operations while providing excellent patient care</li><li>Assist in formulating and implementing policies and procedures</li><li>Ensure and maintain adherence to regulatory requirements</li><li>Perform other administrative tasks as needed</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in a office environment:</li><li>Experience supervising staff;</li><li>Knowledge of medical terminology:</li><li>Familiarity with EMR systems such as Medent, or similar platforms;</li><li>Knowledge in medical coding and billing procedures is a plus.</li><li>Knowledge of HIPAA regulations related to health information management and patient privacy.</li><li>Meticulous organizational skills;</li><li>Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), typing skills, and familiarity with Google suite.</li><li>Excellent customer service skills combined with effective phone etiquette;</li><li>Prior clinic or hospital experience involving insurance verification, medical scheduling, front desk operations or administrative support is a bonus.</li></ul>EducationAssociates degree or higher in Business Administration or Healthcare Administration fieldPay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
