This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact while developing your teaching skills in a fun, supportive setting.Duties<ul><li>Deliver interactive STEM lessons and activities tailored to diverse age groups and skill levels</li><li>Manage classroom behavior to ensure a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment</li><li>Supervise children during activities, transitions, and outdoor play to promote safety and positive social interactions</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Must be over 18, with prior experience working with children in educational, childcare, or camp settings is highly preferred</li><li>Demonstrated classroom management skills to foster respectful and productive learning environments</li><li>Knowledge of early childhood education principles and childhood development best practices</li><li>Experience in tutoring or teaching STEM subjects or related fields such as engineering or technology is advantageous</li><li>Familiarity with behavior management strategies and child safety protocols including first aid certification</li><li>Enthusiasm for inspiring young minds through innovative teaching methods, sports coaching, theater arts, or other extracurricular activities related to child development</li></ul>Join us as a STEM Summer Camp Teacher and help shape the next generation of innovators!
