Duties

• Deliver interactive STEM lessons and activities tailored to diverse age groups and skill levels
• Manage classroom behavior to ensure a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
• Supervise children during activities, transitions, and outdoor play to promote safety and positive social interactions

Experience

• Must be over 18, with prior experience working with children in educational, childcare, or camp settings is highly preferred
• Demonstrated classroom management skills to foster respectful and productive learning environments
• Knowledge of early childhood education principles and childhood development best practices
• Experience in tutoring or teaching STEM subjects or related fields such as engineering or technology is advantageous
• Familiarity with behavior management strategies and child safety protocols including first aid certification
• Enthusiasm for inspiring young minds through innovative teaching methods, sports coaching, theater arts, or other extracurricular activities related to child development
