Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Childcare Caregiver to provide nurturing, engaging, and safe care for children of various ages. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in young lives while developing your skills in early childhood education and caregiving.Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide attentive care for children, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times</li><li>Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and social skills</li><li>Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, bathing, dressing, and nap times</li><li>Support children&rsquo;s emotional development through positive behavior management and encouragement</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized environment that adheres to health and safety standards</li><li>Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress, milestones, and any concerns</li><li>Collaborate with team members to create a nurturing classroom or daycare setting that fosters childhood development</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, babysitting, or nannying roles</li><li>Classroom experience or early childhood education training is highly desirable</li><li>Knowledge of childhood development principles and age-specific needs</li><li>Experience with behavior management techniques to support positive social interactions</li><li>Certification in first aid and CPR is preferred but not required; training can be provided if needed</li><li>Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is a plus</li><li>Demonstrated ability to create engaging activities that support learning and growth</li></ul>Join us to inspire young minds through caring guidance and educational support!
