Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes the social, emotional, and cognitive development of preschool-aged children. The Preschool Teacher will work closely with students, parents, and staff to ensure a positive learning experience.Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the developmental needs of preschool children.</li><li>Foster a safe and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.</li><li>Utilize effective classroom management techniques to maintain order and promote positive behavior among students.</li><li>Assess and monitor children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians on their development.</li><li>Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive educational program that meets the needs of all students, including those with special needs or disabilities.</li><li>Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress, behavior, and any concerns that may arise.</li><li>Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven experience working with young children in a preschool or daycare setting is essential.</li><li>Background in early childhood education or related field is preferred.</li><li>Familiarity with childhood development principles and practices is highly desirable.</li><li>Experience in special education or working with individuals with disabilities is a plus.</li><li>Skills in behavior management, classroom experience, and caregiving are beneficial.</li><li>First aid certification is preferred but not required at the time of hire; willingness to obtain certification is necessary.
