Preschool /daycare teacher

Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes the social, emotional, and cognitive development of preschool-aged children. The Preschool Teacher will work closely with students, parents, and staff to ensure a positive learning experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the developmental needs of preschool children.
• Foster a safe and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
• Utilize effective classroom management techniques to maintain order and promote positive behavior among students.
• Assess and monitor children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians on their development.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive educational program that meets the needs of all students, including those with special needs or disabilities.
• Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress, behavior, and any concerns that may arise.
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.

Experience

• Proven experience working with young children in a preschool or daycare setting is essential.
• Background in early childhood education or related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with childhood development principles and practices is highly desirable.
• Experience in special education or working with individuals with disabilities is a plus.
• Skills in behavior management, classroom experience, and caregiving are beneficial.
