Job Title: Interior Design Manager (Part time)Company: Stage to MoveLocation: Connecticut / Westchester, NY (Hybrid/On-Site)Job Type: Interior Design Manager (Part time)Start Date: March 2026About UsStage to Move is a high-end home staging and interior design company with a reputation for design-forward spaces and seamless project execution.This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants to grow within the company and take ownership of interior design projects while learning the heart of what we do: staging.INTERIOR DESIGN LEAD Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage full-scope interior design projects from proposal to installation</li><li>Source furnishings, fixtures, finishes, and materials</li><li>Lead client presentations and guide project direction</li><li>Budget effectively using Excel/Google Sheets</li><li>Coordinate with contractors and vendors for timely execution</li><li>Create layouts and designs (SketchUp, Design Files, or similar)</li><li>Maintain strong client communication and timelines</li><li>Step in as staging backup when needed</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Home Staging experience</li><li>Interior design experience (3&ndash;5+ years preferred)</li><li>Strong leadership and people management skills</li><li>Excellent communication and client management</li><li>Software knowledge: SketchUp, Design Files, Excel/Sheets, project trackers</li><li>Comfortable with physical staging needs (lifting light items, being onsite)</li><li>Calm under pressure, creative problem solver, strong decision-maker</li><li>Portfolio and references showing design execution and client satisfaction</li></ul>Why Join Us?Step into a role that&rsquo;s both creative and strategic.
