INTERIOR DESIGN LEAD

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-scope interior design projects from proposal to installation
• Source furnishings, fixtures, finishes, and materials
• Lead client presentations and guide project direction
• Budget effectively using Excel/Google Sheets
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for timely execution
• Create layouts and designs (SketchUp, Design Files, or similar)
• Maintain strong client communication and timelines
• Step in as staging backup when needed

Qualifications

• Home Staging experience
• Interior design experience (3–5+ years preferred)
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication and client management
• Software knowledge: SketchUp, Design Files, Excel/Sheets, project trackers
• Comfortable with physical staging needs (lifting light items, being onsite)
• Calm under pressure, creative problem solver, strong decision-maker
• Portfolio and references showing design execution and client satisfaction
