Our team blends design expertise with logistical precision to deliver seamless staging experiences for real estate professionals and homeowners.Responsibilities<ul><li>Collaborate with the staging team to design and execute staging plans tailored to each property&rsquo;s architecture, target buyer, and market trends.</li><li>Select, transport, and install furniture, artwork, and accessories from inventory or rental sources.</li><li>Assist in inventory management, including packing, unpacking, organizing, and maintaining warehouse items.</li><li>Ensure all staged homes are photo-ready, clean, and styled to perfection.</li><li>Communicate with clients, agents, and vendors professionally and courteously.</li><li>Support de-staging efforts and ensure timely removal of items post-sale or contract expiration.</li><li>Maintain staging tools and supplies in good working order</li></ul>Skills and qualificationsStrong eye for design, spatial planning, and aesthetics.<ul><li>	Excellent organizational and time-management skills.</li></ul><ul><li>	Ability to lift and move furniture and staging materials safely.</li></ul><ul><li>	Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines.</li></ul><ul><li>	Prior experience in staging, interior design, or visual merchandising preferred.</li></ul><ul><li>	Valid driver&rsquo;s license and reliable transportation.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>	Competitive pay and flexible scheduling.</li></ul><ul><li>	Creative, collaborative work environment.</li></ul><ul><li>	Opportunities for growth in design, logistics, and client relations.</li></ul><ul><li>	Access to industry events and professional development.</li></ul>Job Type: ContractPay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: In person
