Interior Designer

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the staging team to design and execute staging plans tailored to each property’s architecture, target buyer, and market trends.
• Select, transport, and install furniture, artwork, and accessories from inventory or rental sources.
• Assist in inventory management, including packing, unpacking, organizing, and maintaining warehouse items.
• Ensure all staged homes are photo-ready, clean, and styled to perfection.
• Communicate with clients, agents, and vendors professionally and courteously.
• Support de-staging efforts and ensure timely removal of items post-sale or contract expiration.
• Maintain staging tools and supplies in good working order

Skills and qualifications

Strong eye for design, spatial planning, and aesthetics.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to lift and move furniture and staging materials safely.

• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines.

• Prior experience in staging, interior design, or visual merchandising preferred.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
