Requirements</b></h2><div><p>
Proven experience in telemarketing or inside sales, preferably within the insurance industry.</p><p>
Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills.</p><p>
Resilience and a positive attitude when facing rejection.</p><p>
Ability to understand and articulate insurance product benefits clearly.</p><p>
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily.</p><p>
Basic computer proficiency for data entry and CRM usage.</p><p>
High school diploma or equivalent.</p></div>

Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to introduce Stan Tebow Allstate Agency and its insurance offerings.</p><p>

Schedule qualified leads for appointments with our licensed agents.</p><p>
Maintain accurate records of call activity and prospect information in our CRM system.</p><p>
Consistently meet or exceed call volume and lead generation targets.</p><p>
