Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dependable Roll-Off Driver to join our team. In this role, you will operate specialized trucks designed for hauling large waste containers, ensuring safe and efficient delivery and pickup of roll-off dumpsters across various sites. Your expertise in heavy-duty vehicle operation, combined with your mechanical knowledge, will help keep our operations running smoothly while maintaining the highest safety standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be a key player in waste management logistics, delivering exceptional service with energy and professionalism.Responsibilities<ul><li>Safely operate roll-off trucks to transport large waste containers to and from designated locations</li><li>Load and unload containers, ensuring secure placement for transport</li><li>Drive with precision and adherence to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies during deliveries and pickups</li><li>Conduct routine inspections of trucks and equipment to identify mechanical issues early; report repairs as needed</li><li>Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members to coordinate schedules and resolve any logistical challenges promptly</li><li>Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and vehicle inspections for compliance purposes</li></ul>Experience/Skills<ul><li>Valid commercial driver&rsquo;s license (CDL B)</li><li>Experience operating heavy-duty trucks in a commercial driving environment</li><li>Strong mechanical knowledge of trucks and basic maintenance procedures</li><li>Positive attitude, team-player mentality, and a strong work ethic required</li></ul>This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy hands-on work involving heavy machinery, and are committed to safety and excellence.
