Roll-Off Driver

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Roll-Off Driver to join our team. In this role, you will operate specialized trucks designed for hauling large waste containers, ensuring safe and efficient delivery and pickup of roll-off dumpsters across various sites. Your expertise in heavy-duty vehicle operation, combined with your mechanical knowledge, will help keep our operations running smoothly while maintaining the highest safety standards. Responsibilities

• Safely operate roll-off trucks to transport large waste containers to and from designated locations
• Load and unload containers, ensuring secure placement for transport
• Drive with precision and adherence to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies during deliveries and pickups
• Conduct routine inspections of trucks and equipment to identify mechanical issues early; report repairs as needed
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members to coordinate schedules and resolve any logistical challenges promptly
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and vehicle inspections for compliance purposes

Experience/Skills

• Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL B)
• Experience operating heavy-duty trucks in a commercial driving environment
• Strong mechanical knowledge of trucks and basic maintenance procedures
• Positive attitude, team-player mentality, and a strong work ethic required
