Our personal injury law firm is seeking a Marketing Director who can take charge of our lead generation, branding, and digital presence and drive measurable growth and efficient client sign-ups.This is a hands-on leadership role &mdash; not just a coordinator. You&rsquo;ll oversee our digital campaigns, tv/radio, social media, and marketing strategy while managing a small internal team (social media coordinator + intake manager collaboration). You&rsquo;ll report directly to firm leadership and will have the freedom to build, track, and scale a modern PI marketing engine.We are looking for someone with 5 years experience of results to lead our marketing department, including the day-to-day operations. This person will be results oriented and a go-getter.<ul><li>Lead Strategy &amp; Reporting</li><li>Create and execute a data-driven marketing plan to increase signed cases.</li><li>Deliver clear weekly and monthly reports (lead flow, cost per lead, cost per signed case, ROI).</li><li>Monitor lead quality and collaborate with intake to improve conversion.</li><li>Digital Campaign Management</li><li>Oversee Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, YouTube, and SEO campaigns (directly or through vendors).</li><li>Manage budgets of $20K&ndash;$50K/month and adjust allocations based on performance.</li><li>Track signed-case ROI through CRM and analytics tools.</li><li>Brand &amp; Content Oversight</li><li>Manage firm branding, creative direction, and content calendar.</li><li>Supervise social media coordinator (content creation, engagement, reputation management).</li><li>Ensure compliance with Texas Bar advertising rules and firm tone consistency.</li><li>Vendor &amp; Partnership Management</li><li>Evaluate current vendors (PPC, SEO, video, lead-gen).</li><li>Negotiate contracts, track results, and eliminate poor-performing vendors.</li><li>Coordinate community sponsorships and local event visibility.</li><li>Innovation &amp; Automation</li><li>Build dashboards integrating Google Analytics, call tracking, and CRM.</li><li>Recommend automations or tech (Zapier, HubSpot, LeadDocket, etc.) to improve reporting.</li></ul>Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)<ul><li>Cost per signed case (CPSC)</li><li>Conversion rate (lead &rarr; signed)</li><li>Lead volume growth per source</li><li>Ad spend ROI (revenue vs. cost)</li><li>Brand engagement (social reach, reviews, etc.)</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>5+ years of digital marketing experience (preferably in legal, medical, or customer service)</li><li>Proven success managing budgets of $15K+/month</li><li>Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, and CRM integrations</li><li>Strong analytical and reporting skills (Excel/Google Sheets proficiency required)</li><li>Experience managing a small marketing or creative team</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication</li></ul>Benefit:<ul><li>Base Salary</li><li>Bonus potential based on performance</li><li>401(k) after eligibility period</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
