This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping people.Our front office plays a key role in the customer experience, and we&rsquo;re looking for someone who is positive, organized, and committed to providing exceptional customer care.Position Highlights:<ul><li>Fast-paced work environment</li><li>Constant customer interaction (in person and by phone)</li><li>Team-oriented workplace</li><li>Opportunity to learn and grow within the collision repair industry</li></ul>The Ideal Candidate Will:<ul><li>Have a strong sense of customer care</li><li>Be a strong empath who understands that many of our customers are going through a stressful situation after an accident</li><li>Be able to connect and communicate well with customers from a wide variety of backgrounds</li><li>Work well in a team setting</li><li>Be able to problem solve while maintaining a positive attitude</li><li>Be committed to putting customers first</li></ul>Some Job Duties Include (but are not limited to):<ul><li>Answering phones and assisting customers or transferring calls when appropriate</li><li>Making outbound calls to customers with updates on their vehicle repairs</li><li>Making outbound calls to insurance companies regarding various aspects of repairs</li><li>Checking in customers for estimate appointments or repair drop-offs</li><li>Checking in vehicles during scheduled repair appointments</li><li>Collecting payments from customers</li><li>Checking and processing incoming mail</li><li>Posting received payments into our management system</li><li>Supporting the front office with day-to-day administrative tasks as needed</li></ul>No prior collision repair industry experience is required.
