Star Body Works Grants Pass is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping people.

Our front office plays a key role in the customer experience, and we’re looking for someone who is positive, organized, and committed to providing exceptional customer care.

• Be able to connect and communicate well with customers from a wide variety of backgrounds

Some Job Duties Include (but are not limited to):

• Answering phones and assisting customers or transferring calls when appropriate
• Making outbound calls to customers with updates on their vehicle repairs
• Making outbound calls to insurance companies regarding various aspects of repairs
• Checking in customers for estimate appointments or repair drop-offs
• Checking in vehicles during scheduled repair appointments
• Collecting payments from customers
• Checking and processing incoming mail
• Posting received payments into our management system
• Supporting the front office with day-to-day administrative tasks as needed

No prior collision repair industry experience is required.
Training will be provided on the job.

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
