Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Recruitment &amp; Onboarding: Manage hiring for various roles (nurses, doctors, admin), coordinate interviews, and onboard new hires effectively.</li><li>Employee Relations: Serve as a liaison, resolve conflicts, address grievances, and foster a positive work environment.</li><li>Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws, hospital policies, and healthcare regulations.</li><li>Performance Management: Oversee performance appraisals, development plans, and high-performance culture.</li><li>Compensation &amp; Benefits: Administer payroll, benefits, and maintain fair pay structures.</li><li>Training &amp; Development: Develop programs to enhance staff skills, especially clinical competencies and professional growth.</li><li>HR Strategy: Implement HR initiatives that support the hospital's overall mission and growth.</li><li>Record Keeping: Maintain accurate employee data, records, and prepare HR reports.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
