Role Summary:

Manage end-to-end HR operations in a NABH-accredited hospital, ensuring compliance with NABH standards, labor laws, and hospital policies.

Key Responsibilities:

HR operations for clinical & non-clinical staff

Recruitment, onboarding & NABH credentialing

NABH compliance & audit support

Employee relations & disciplinary processes

Performance appraisals & mandatory training

Statutory compliance (PF, ESI, CLRA, etc.)

HR MIS & management reporting

Requirements:

Master’s in HR / Hospital Administration (preferred)

10–12 years HR experience; 3+ years in NABH hospital

Strong NABH audit & documentation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
