AM/Manager - Maintenance

Preventive & Predictive Maintenance (PPM)

• Plan, execute, and monitor overall plant preventive maintenance schedule.
• Ensure machines and equipment are regularly inspected to avoid sudden breakdowns.
• Maintain accurate PPM documentation and compliance record.

Breakdown Analysis & Restoration

• Lead the maintenance team in quick restoration of machinery to minimize downtime.
• Identify root causes of breakdowns and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure machines operate at optimal levels through continuous performance monitoring.

Shift Planning & Team Coordination

• Allocate manpower and plan maintenance shifts effectively.
• Supervise technical staff and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Provide training and guidance for skill enhancement of team member.

Utility Maintenance

• Oversee the maintenance of compressors, generators, HVAC systems, boilers, water systems, and other essential utilities.
• Ensure all utilities are operational, efficient, and compliant with safety standards.

TPM (Total Productive Maintenance)

• Implement TPM methodologies across the unit.
• Promote autonomous maintenance within production teams.

• 5–7 years experience in Maintenance (Mechanical/Electrical) from Manufacturing Industry. Leather/Footwear Industry preferred
• B. Tech (Mechanical / Electrical)
• Strong mechanical or electrical troubleshooting abilitiesGood knowledge of industrial machines used in leather or footwear manufacturing.
• Ability to work under pressure and ensure minimum downtime.
• Leadership skills with the ability to manage a maintenance team.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and engineering standards
