Responsibilities

Mallcom India Limited is seeking an Jr Executive/Executive – HR who will be responsible for Payroll, Contract Labour Management at the unit level., This role ensures smooth HR operations, fosters employee engagement, and acts as a vital link between staff and corporate HR.
Payroll Management
  • Prepare and process monthly payroll inputs.
  • Verify salary calculations, deductions, and statutory contributions (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.).
  • Coordinate with finance for timely disbursement of salaries.
Attendance & Leave Administration
  • Monitor daily attendance and maintain records in HR systems.
  • Track leave applications, approvals, and balances.
  • Generate attendance and leave reports for management review
Contract Labour Management
  • Maintain records of contract labour employed at the unit.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and contractor agreements.
  • Liaise with contractors for documentation, wage disbursement, and statutory filings.
  • Conduct periodic audits to ensure adherence to legal and company standards.
HR Operations Support
  • Assist in maintaining employee files and HR documentation.
  • Support statutory inspections and audits.
  • Provide administrative support for HR initiatives at the unit.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Commerce, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR operations, payroll, or labour management.
  • Knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, and HR systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and HR software.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Effective communication and coordination skills.
  • Understanding of statutory requirements related to payroll and contract labour.
