Our company is seeking a qualified and experienced Accounts Manager to join our team in Muscat, Oman. The ideal candidate should have a strong accounting background, excellent knowledge of financial management, and a minimum of 5 years of accounting experience in Oman.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage day-to-day accounting operations.</li><li>Maintain accurate financial records and accounting entries.</li><li>Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.</li><li>Monitor and follow up on customer collections and outstanding balances.</li><li>Perform bank reconciliations and maintain banking relationships.</li><li>Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.</li><li>Monitor cash flow and ensure proper fund management.</li><li>Process payments, invoices, and expense claims.</li><li>Coordinate with auditors and assist during audits.</li><li>Ensure compliance with Omani financial regulations and company policies.</li><li>Prepare management reports and financial analysis.</li><li>Support budgeting and financial planning activities.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of accounting experience in Oman.</li><li>Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.</li><li>Experience with banking operations, reconciliations, receivables, and payables.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.</li><li>Knowledge of Omani tax and regulatory requirements is preferred.</li><li>Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Competitive salary of OMR 400 per month.</li><li>Professional and supportive work environment.</li><li>Opportunity for career growth and development.</li></ul>Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.Pay: From RO400.000 per monthExperience:<ul><li> Oman accounting: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
