Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist the Production Engineer in planning daily fabrication activities.</li><li>Monitor fabrication works including cutting, welding, grinding, drilling, assembly, and surface finishing.</li><li>Ensure production targets are achieved as per project schedule.</li><li>Coordinate with design, QA/QC, and site teams for smooth workflow.</li><li>Prepare daily production reports and maintain records.</li><li>Supervise workshop manpower and ensure proper resource utilization.</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.</li><li>Support material tracking and inventory control.</li><li>Assist in resolving production issues and implementing corrective actions.</li><li>Participate in quality inspections and ensure work meets drawing specifications.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in steel fabrication or structural fabrication industry.</li><li>Knowledge of fabrication drawings and structural steel components.</li><li>Familiar with welding processes (MIG, TIG, ARC) and fabrication equipment.</li><li>Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.</li><li>Good communication and teamwork skills.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Experience in heavy structural steel, tanks, piping, or industrial fabrication.</li><li>Understanding of production planning and workflow optimization.</li><li>Valied UAE Driving License</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
