Lead development and execution of marketing strategy for Qatar (and regional initiatives as needed), driving brand awareness, demand generation, and customer retention across digital and offline channels.Key responsibilitiesStrategy: Create and implement annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with business goals and sales targets.Digital marketing: Manage SEO/SEM, paid social, email marketing, content strategy, and analytics to optimize CAC and LTV.Campaigns: Plan, execute, and measure multi-channel campaigns (digital, events, PR, OOH) from brief to post-campaign analysis.Brand &amp; communications: Maintain brand consistency; oversee creative assets, messaging, and public relations activities.Budget &amp; reporting: Manage marketing budget, vendor relationships, and deliver regular performance reports and ROI analysis.Cross-functional: Collaborate with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Finance to align go-to-market activities.Team management: Hire, mentor, and develop marketing staff and agencies as needed.QualificationsBachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA or relevant master&rsquo;s preferred.5+ years marketing experience with 2+ years in a managerial role; GCC/MENA experience preferred.Proven track record in digital marketing, campaign execution, and measurable growth.Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Ads platforms, CRM).Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.Experience managing budgets, agencies, and cross-functional projects.Pay: QAR12,000.00 - QAR15,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
