Lead development and execution of marketing strategy for Qatar (and regional initiatives as needed), driving brand awareness, demand generation, and customer retention across digital and offline channels.

Key responsibilities

Strategy: Create and implement annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with business goals and sales targets.

Digital marketing: Manage SEO/SEM, paid social, email marketing, content strategy, and analytics to optimize CAC and LTV.

Campaigns: Plan, execute, and measure multi-channel campaigns (digital, events, PR, OOH) from brief to post-campaign analysis.

Brand & communications: Maintain brand consistency; oversee creative assets, messaging, and public relations activities.

Budget & reporting: Manage marketing budget, vendor relationships, and deliver regular performance reports and ROI analysis.

Cross-functional: Collaborate with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Finance to align go-to-market activities.

Team management: Hire, mentor, and develop marketing staff and agencies as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA or relevant master’s preferred.

5+ years marketing experience with 2+ years in a managerial role; GCC/MENA experience preferred.

Proven track record in digital marketing, campaign execution, and measurable growth.

Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Ads platforms, CRM).

Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.

Experience managing budgets, agencies, and cross-functional projects.

Pay: QAR12,000.00 - QAR15,000.00 per month
