We apply evidence-based methodologies and technology-driven systems to help athletes optimize performance and reduce injury risk.We integrate tools like VALD ForceDecks, Dynamo, and Senaptec Sensory Station to create individualized performance profiles and programming.Role OverviewWe&rsquo;re seeking a Performance Coach who can deliver high-quality athlete testing, data interpretation, and performance training sessions.The ideal candidate blends sport science knowledge with hands-on coaching expertise and thrives in an environment that values technology, precision, and communication.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Administer and interpret Senaptec Sensory Assessments.</li><li>Conduct VALD Force&ndash;Velocity Profiles, including countermovement jumps, squat jumps, and isometric tests.</li><li>Develop individualized training programs informed by test data.</li><li>Support athletes through performance testing, corrective training, and re-testing protocols.</li><li>Collaborate with the performance team on athlete monitoring, recovery, and progress tracking.</li><li>Deliver high-energy, professional training sessions aligned with Starke Industries&rsquo; coaching philosophy.</li><li>Contribute to content creation (e.g., athlete education videos, data interpretation summaries).</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Pursuing degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or Human Performance.</li><li>Experience with VALD systems (ForceDecks, Dynamo, SmartSpeed) or equivalent technologies.</li><li>Familiarity with force-time curve analysis and force&ndash;velocity profiling.</li><li>Understanding of sensory training principles and cognitive&ndash;motor integration.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills with athletes of all levels.</li><li>Pursuing Certification (CSCS, CPSS, or equivalent) preferred.</li><li>Pursuing experience in high-performance, collegiate, or private sector coaching environments is a plus.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Hands-on access to cutting-edge sports science technology.</li><li>Growth opportunities in testing, analysis, and program design.</li><li>Continuing education support through JSCEP and VALD resources.</li><li>Competitive compensation based on experience and expertise.</li><li>A collaborative and athlete-first culture.</li></ul>Next StepsSubmit your resume and a short cover letter describing:<ul><li>How you&rsquo;ve used data to influence performance decisions.</li><li>Your experience with athlete testing or technology integration.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, InternshipPay: $15.00 - $150.00 per hourExpected hours: 4 &ndash; 40 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>On-the-job training</li><li>Opportunities for advancement</li><li>Professional development assistance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
