Performance Coach – Human Performance & Technology IntegrationAbout Starke Industries

We integrate tools like VALD ForceDecks, Dynamo, and Senaptec Sensory Station to create individualized performance profiles and programming.

Role Overview

We’re seeking a Performance Coach who can deliver high-quality athlete testing, data interpretation, and performance training sessions.

The ideal candidate blends sport science knowledge with hands-on coaching expertise and thrives in an environment that values technology, precision, and communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and interpret Senaptec Sensory Assessments.
  • Conduct VALD Force–Velocity Profiles, including countermovement jumps, squat jumps, and isometric tests.
  • Develop individualized training programs informed by test data.
  • Support athletes through performance testing, corrective training, and re-testing protocols.
  • Collaborate with the performance team on athlete monitoring, recovery, and progress tracking.
  • Deliver high-energy, professional training sessions aligned with Starke Industries’ coaching philosophy.
  • Contribute to content creation (e.g., athlete education videos, data interpretation summaries).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Pursuing degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or Human Performance.
  • Experience with VALD systems (ForceDecks, Dynamo, SmartSpeed) or equivalent technologies.
  • Familiarity with force-time curve analysis and force–velocity profiling.
  • Understanding of sensory training principles and cognitive–motor integration.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with athletes of all levels.
  • Pursuing Certification (CSCS, CPSS, or equivalent) preferred.
  • Pursuing experience in high-performance, collegiate, or private sector coaching environments is a plus.
