Accountant / Bookkeeper (Full-Time) &ndash; DubaiCompany: StartSmart Business Solutions Location: Dubai Salary: AED 4,500 &ndash; 6,000 per monthAbout the RoleWe are looking for a hands-on Accountant / Bookkeeper who can take ownership of our client accounting and internal financial processes.This role is ideal for someone who wants real responsibility in a growing company &mdash; not just routine data entry.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage bookkeeping for multiple clients</li><li>Maintain accurate records in Zoho Books and Zoho CRM</li><li>Handle invoicing, reconciliations, and expense tracking</li><li>Ensure all client data is complete and up to date in the CRM</li><li>Organize and store documentation in Microsoft SharePoint</li><li>Support VAT-related work in coordination with senior accountant</li><li>Assist with basic AML/KYC checks and client onboarding</li><li>Improve internal processes and keep things structured</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>2&ndash;5 years experience in accounting or bookkeeping</li><li>Experience in UAE is preferred</li><li>Experience in a corporate services firm, accounting firm, or multi-client environment is a strong advantage</li><li>Basic understanding of VAT</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organization</li><li>Able to work independently and take ownership</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For (Important)<ul><li>Someone structured and reliable</li><li>Someone who follows up and gets things done</li><li>Someone who can handle multiple clients without losing control</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Stable role with growth potential</li><li>Direct involvement in real client work</li><li>Opportunity to grow into a senior position over time</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED5,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>bookkeeping: 5 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Dubai (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
