Accountant / Bookkeeper (Full-Time) – Dubai

Salary: AED 4,500 – 6,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Accountant / Bookkeeper who can take ownership of our client accounting and internal financial processes.

This role is ideal for someone who wants real responsibility in a growing company — not just routine data entry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage bookkeeping for multiple clients
  • Maintain accurate records in Zoho Books and Zoho CRM
  • Handle invoicing, reconciliations, and expense tracking
  • Ensure all client data is complete and up to date in the CRM
  • Organize and store documentation in Microsoft SharePoint
  • Support VAT-related work in coordination with senior accountant
  • Assist with basic AML/KYC checks and client onboarding
  • Improve internal processes and keep things structured

Requirements

  • 2–5 years experience in accounting or bookkeeping
  • Experience in UAE is preferred
  • Experience in a corporate services firm, accounting firm, or multi-client environment is a strong advantage
  • Basic understanding of VAT
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Able to work independently and take ownership
