Role: Sales &amp; Marketing Associate (with WarehouseSupport)OverviewWe are seeking a motivated Warehouse &amp; Sales Associate who can manage both the physical flow of products in our warehouse and actively drive sales growth. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, and has strong communication skills.You will play a dual role: ensuring that warehouse operations run smoothly while also contributing to sales and customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesSales &amp; Marketing<ul><li>Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches.</li><li>Set up and organize studio or on-location shoots (lighting, product prep, background, props).</li><li>Participate in filming and content creation, could include on-camera product demos, setup, or behind-the-scenes work.</li><li>Support social media scheduling, posting, and engagement.</li><li>Help track marketing and sales performance metrics (email campaigns, web traffic, conversions).</li><li>Represent the brand at pop-ups, live events, or trade shows.</li></ul>E-Commerce &amp; Warehouse Support<ul><li>Assist the e-commerce manager with order fulfillment, packaging, and shipping.</li><li>Support inventory management, restocking, and product organization.</li><li>Help update product listings, SKUs, and stock levels on Shopify or other platforms.</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized workspace that&rsquo;s camera-ready for marketing content.</li></ul>Sales Operations<ul><li>Respond to customer inquiries and sales leads via email or social platforms.</li><li>Assist in preparing sales reports, product samples, and promotional kits.</li><li>Support B2B or influencer outreach for brand partnerships.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Experience (or strong interest) in sales, marketing, or e-commerce</li><li>Must be able to lift and carry up to 55 lbs safely without limited mobility as part of warehouse duties.</li><li>Experience in warehouse operations, order fulfillment, or logistics</li><li>Organized, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced creative environment.</li><li>Familiarity with Shopify, Amaz&oslash;n FBA, social media management.</li><li>Bonus: photography, video editing, or basic design skills are a plus.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hourExpected hours: 30 per weekWork Location: In person
