Overview

We are seeking a motivated Warehouse & Sales Associate who can manage both the physical flow of products in our warehouse and actively drive sales growth. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, and has strong communication skills.

You will play a dual role: ensuring that warehouse operations run smoothly while also contributing to sales and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Marketing

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
• Set up and organize studio or on-location shoots (lighting, product prep, background, props).
• Participate in filming and content creation, could include on-camera product demos, setup, or behind-the-scenes work.
• Support social media scheduling, posting, and engagement.
• Help track marketing and sales performance metrics (email campaigns, web traffic, conversions).
• Represent the brand at pop-ups, live events, or trade shows.

E-Commerce & Warehouse Support

• Assist the e-commerce manager with order fulfillment, packaging, and shipping.
• Support inventory management, restocking, and product organization.
• Help update product listings, SKUs, and stock levels on Shopify or other platforms.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace that’s camera-ready for marketing content.

Sales Operations

• Respond to customer inquiries and sales leads via email or social platforms.
• Assist in preparing sales reports, product samples, and promotional kits.
• Support B2B or influencer outreach for brand partnerships.

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience (or strong interest) in sales, marketing, or e-commerce
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 55 lbs safely without limited mobility as part of warehouse duties.
• Experience in warehouse operations, order fulfillment, or logistics
• Organized, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced creative environment.
• Familiarity with Shopify, Amazøn FBA, social media management.
• Bonus: photography, video editing, or basic design skills are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
