<div><p>The Central Operations Representative will work with other departments and the Customer Care Center in providing unified Customer Service to our customers. In Central Operations you will assist with the completion and processing of Proof, Wire Transfers, ACH, and other operational duties. You will provide great customer service via the phone, in person, and through electronic communication mainly to fellow employees but also with customers. The Central Operations Representative will also complete a list of daily tasks that are vital to the operation of the bank. This position is fully in-person at our Cedar Main branch and is NOT a remote work opportunity. Hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.</p>

Essential Duties And Responsibilities</b></h3>
<ul><li>Handle customer service inquires and problems via phone, email and in person</li>
<li>Assist with wire and ACH processing</li>
<li>Post POD files</li>
<li>Prepare adjustment transactions</li>
<li>Coordinate Positive Pay</li>
<li>Cross train in areas of ACH, Wires, Proof, and other key operational duties</li>
<li>Responsible for various reports that will assist in loss mitigation</li>
<li>LazerVault reports</li>
<li>SSI verification</li>
<li>ACH repair</li>
<li>Proof review and fraud detection</li>
<li>Sorting, folding, and sending daily branch letters</li>
<li>Process automatic transfers and placing of stop payments on checks</li>
<li>Calling on suspicious items</li>
<li>Balancing different departments books at the end of the day</li>
<li>Perform various data entry tasks</li>
<li>Manage daily, weekly and monthly tasks on a rotating basis</li>
<li>Research and resolve issues pertaining to customers accounts</li>
<li>Assist with special projects related to back office operations, such as document shredding and mail distribution</li>
<li>Closely adhere to the Bank&rsquo;s Information Security policies and procedures</li>
<li>Assist with other duties as assigned</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Minimum Qualifications</b></h3>
<ul><li>High School Graduate or (GED)</li>
<li>Must pass a credit &amp; background check</li>
<li>Must be at least 18 years of age</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Preferred Qualifications</b></h3>
<ul><li>Experience working in a financial institution</li>
<li>Bookkeeping or accounting experience</li>
<li>Associates degree</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Skills</b></h3>
<ul><li>Ability to be discreet with employee and customer information</li>
<li>Knowledge of bank products and services</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving skills</li>
<li>Excellent organizational and time management skills</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li>
<li>Proficient with using Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic computer functions</li>
<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li>
<li>Excellent customer service skills</li>
