<div>Vocational Rehabilitation is seeking a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor in the Williston, North Dakota area.

Be a catalyst for positive change as you guide individuals striving to achieve their career goals.
Your days will be spent interacting with culturally diverse job seekers of all ages, disabilities, and capabilities who are working toward achieving their career goals. You will conduct outreach and develop partnerships with schools, behavioral health facilities, treatment centers, and correctional facilities. You will conduct career and worksite assessments, along with providing skills coaching and job readiness training one-on-one or in groups to job seekers.
In addition, you will develop relationships with employers and community partners. You will facilitate job search, placement, referrals and coordinate services with community resources programs, employers and community. Furthermore, you will advocate and request accommodations, train on assistive technology, and participate and/or speak at community awareness and education.
To succeed in this position, you must have excellent written and spoken communication, empathy, and active listening skills. You enjoy creating and fostering connections. Understanding diverse backgrounds and having the ability to inspire and motivate others are key. Moreover, you adapt easily, have patience and maintain a positive attitude. Location 
HHS and the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation uses a hybrid workplace model. Counselors will provide essential services face to face in the office, outreach community locations and from their home office. This position is located in Williston North Dakota.

Minimum Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in Rehabilitation Counseling, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Rehabilitation Administration/Services, Psychometrics, Behavioral Health, Behavioral Science, Disability Studies, Human Relations, Human Services, Marriage and Family Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Education, Vocational Assessment/Evaluation or Human Development and Family Science, or related degree.
And one of the following:<ul><li>
or Two (2) years of direct service experience working with persons with disabilities
</li><li>or One (1) year of experience as a vocational rehabilitation counselor
</li><li>or Master's degree in one of the above disciplines.

Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor

<div>Cass Human Service Zone is seeking a dedicated and passionate CPS Assessment Worker in Fargo, ND for the Family Services Team to support Child Welfare Services. Our mission is to serve children and families by providing advocacy, resources, and education while promoting stability and community connections.
CPS Assessment Worker duties include but are not limited to:
<ul><li>Assess and investigate reports of child abuse and neglect while ensuring compliance with policies, best practices, and emergency intervention procedures.</li><li>

CPS Assessment Worker

<div>Summary of Work
RSR Human Service Zone is seeking a Child Protection Assessment Worker / Human Services V (39-41-5981) in our Child Welfare Unit.
Join our high performing child welfare unit at RSR Human Service Zone! This position is responsible to provide safety assessment services to children and families. Additionally, you will provide advocacy while promoting family stability, respecting diversity, and working to create and strengthen connections to community resources. We work to prevent abuse by providing education, resources, and support to parents, families, and community organization. You will coordinate with internal and external service providers, while ensuring timely and quality service provision.
To succeed in this position, you will have a passion for helping others and making a difference in our community. This position maintains responsibilities of a highly complex and sensitive nature and requires a high degree of knowledge, skills, and passion in child welfare. Work activities involve decision-making within parameters of approved policies and procedures, thorough, accurate and timely responses as well as accurate documentation that complies with State and Federal Regulations. This position also requires coordination with local service providers, law enforcement and legal entities, as well as emergency response planning. This role will require testifying at court proceedings.
This position requires some afterhours/non-traditional working hours including on call response. Frequent travel throughout a 4-5 county area in southeastern North Dakota is required.
To be considered for this role: you must hold a bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, sociology, counseling, human development, education, human services, child development and family science, human resource management (human service track), or criminal justice, and two (2) years of professional human services work experience as a social worker, child protective service worker, or professional case manager. A Master's degree in one of the areas above may substitute for one year of the work experience requirement.
If no qualified applicants are found, we will consider filling as a Family Services Specialist II. Minimum qualifications require a bachelor's degree as listed above and one (1) year of professional human services work experience as a social worker, child protective service worker or professional case manager or a Master's degree in one of the above areas.
