The position offers direct exposure to acquisition sourcing, underwriting, investor communication, development execution, brokerage insight, and asset-level strategy within a vertically integrated platform.This role is designed for someone who wants to evolve into a full-cycle dealmaker within a growing investment platform.Core ResponsibilitiesAcquisitions &amp; Underwriting<ul><li>Analyze prospective multifamily, manufactured housing, self-storage, and commercial acquisitions</li><li>Build and refine detailed underwriting models and investment memoranda</li><li>Conduct market research across Mississippi and targeted adjacent markets</li><li>Support broker outreach and off-market sourcing initiatives</li><li>Assist in advancing opportunities from initial review through closing</li></ul>Development &amp; Value Creation<ul><li>Support financial modeling for ground-up and redevelopment projects</li><li>Assist in capital stack structuring and investor presentation materials</li><li>Analyze opportunistic revenue initiatives across the portfolio</li></ul>Investor &amp; Capital Support<ul><li>Assist with investor packages and investment memoranda</li><li>Support reporting related to portfolio performance and new opportunities</li><li>Help prepare materials for capital raises tied to acquisitions and development</li></ul>Portfolio &amp; Brokerage Exposure<ul><li>Assist with evaluation of asset performance relative to underwriting</li><li>Participate in discussions regarding refinance strategy, waterfall structures, and return metrics</li><li>Gain exposure to brokerage and leasing dynamics that inform acquisition decisions</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in finance, real estate, business, or a related field</li><li>1&ndash;4 years of experience in real estate underwriting, acquisitions, brokerage, development, or investment analysis; exceptional candidates with strong internship or analytical experience will be considered</li><li>Strong financial modeling skills (Excel proficiency required)</li><li>Ability to communicate investment theses clearly and concisely</li><li>High intellectual curiosity and desire to understand capital structures and value creation</li><li>Experience using AI tools in a professional or business context (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to improve research, underwriting efficiency, workflow automation, or communication</li><li>Self-starter who can operate effectively in a small, entrepreneurial team environment</li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li>Experience underwriting multifamily, self-storage, or manufactured housing</li><li>Exposure to development pro formas and capital stack modeling</li><li>Real estate license (or willingness to obtain)</li></ul>Who Will Thrive Here<ul><li>Individuals who want to evolve into full-cycle dealmakers</li><li>Professionals who value disciplined investing over volume-driven transactions</li><li>Team members who appreciate direct access to leadership and decision-making</li><li>Those who want long-term growth within a vertically integrated real estate platform</li></ul>CompensationCompensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.
