This role is essential to the daily operations of our shop, helping ensure smooth communication, accurate record-keeping, and excellent customer service.**Responsibilities*** Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing and record management* Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers professionally* Schedule appointments and manage the service calendar* Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationships* Support daily office operations and assist team members as needed**Requirements*** Strong organizational and multitasking skills* Basic bookkeeping or administrative experience preferred* Excellent communication and customer service skills* Friendly, professional demeanor with strong people skills* Ability to work independently and as part of a team* Dependable and punctual**What We Offer*** Full-time, consistent schedule (no weekends)* Supportive team environment* Opportunity to grow with a respected local business**How to Apply**Please submit your resume and a brief description of your experience.
