**Job Title:** Office Assistant / Customer Service Representative

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a reliable and personable Office Assistant to join our team. This role is essential to the daily operations of our shop, helping ensure smooth communication, accurate record-keeping, and excellent customer service.
**Responsibilities**
* Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing and record management
* Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers professionally
* Schedule appointments and manage the service calendar
* Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationships
* Support daily office operations and assist team members as needed
**Requirements**
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
* Basic bookkeeping or administrative experience preferred
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Friendly, professional demeanor with strong people skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Dependable and punctual
