Content Creator Intern

Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Ensure compliance with corporate laws, regulations, and statutory requirements.</li><li>Organize and manage board meetings, annual general meetings (AGMs), and committee meetings, including preparing agendas, minutes, and resolutions.</li><li>Maintain statutory registers and records, including shareholding, directors, and other corporate filings.</li><li>File necessary documents with regulatory authorities such as the Registrar of Companies (RoC), SEBI, and stock exchanges.</li><li>Advise the board on corporate governance best practices and legal obligations.</li><li>Liaise with external regulators, auditors, legal advisors, and stakeholders.</li><li>Monitor changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment and take appropriate action.</li><li>Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and policies.</li><li>Support mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate restructuring activities.</li><li>Ensure timely and accurate disclosure of financial and non-financial information.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Qualified Company Secretary (Member of ICSI).</li><li>In-depth knowledge of corporate laws, SEBI regulations, and governance practices.</li><li>Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>High level of integrity and professionalism.</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Familiarity with secretarial software and digital compliance tools.</li><li>Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;800,000.00 - &#8377;1,600,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
