Job Title: Company SecretaryDepartment: Legal &amp;amp; ComplianceLocation: SricityEmployment Type: Full-TimeJob Summary:We are seeking a qualified and experienced Company Secretary to ensure compliance ofclients with statutory and regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of corporategovernance. The ideal candidate will serve as a key advisor to the board and seniormanagement, facilitating effective communication between stakeholders and ensuring theintegrity of governance frameworks.Key Responsibilities:&#61623; Ensure compliance with corporate laws, regulations, and statutory requirements.&#61623; Organize and manage board meetings, annual general meetings (AGMs), andcommittee meetings, including preparing agendas, minutes, and resolutions.&#61623; Maintain statutory registers and records, including shareholding, directors, and othercorporate filings.&#61623; File necessary documents with regulatory authorities such as the Registrar ofCompanies (RoC), SEBI, and stock exchanges.&#61623; Advise the board on corporate governance best practices and legal obligations.&#61623; Liaise with external regulators, auditors, legal advisors, and stakeholders.&#61623; Monitor changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment and takeappropriate action.&#61623; Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and policies.&#61623; Support mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate restructuring activities.&#61623; Ensure timely and accurate disclosure of financial and non-financial information.Qualifications:&#61623; Qualified Company Secretary (Member of ICSI).&#61623; In-depth knowledge of corporate laws, SEBI regulations, and governance practices.&#61623; Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.&#61623; High level of integrity and professionalism.Preferred Skills:&#61623; Familiarity with secretarial software and digital compliance tools.&#61623; Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.&#61623; Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;900,000.00 - &#8377;1,600,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
