Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with corporate laws, regulations, and statutory requirements.
  • Organize and manage board meetings, annual general meetings (AGMs), and committee meetings, including preparing agendas, minutes, and resolutions.
  • Maintain statutory registers and records, including shareholding, directors, and other corporate filings.
  • File necessary documents with regulatory authorities such as the Registrar of Companies (RoC), SEBI, and stock exchanges.
  • Advise the board on corporate governance best practices and legal obligations.
  • Liaise with external regulators, auditors, legal advisors, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment and take appropriate action.
  • Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and policies.
  • Support mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate restructuring activities.
  • Ensure timely and accurate disclosure of financial and non-financial information.

Qualifications:

  • Qualified Company Secretary (Member of ICSI).
  • In-depth knowledge of corporate laws, SEBI regulations, and governance practices.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with secretarial software and digital compliance tools.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
