A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you&rsquo;ll mostly be:

<li>Responsible for processing and documenting daily financial transactions, such as revenue and payments, and maintaining accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
</li><li>Key duties involve reconciling bank statements and daily revenue reports, managing petty cash, and assisting with financial reporting and audits.
</li></ul>What we need from you
<ul>
<li>Strong communication and organizational skills</li>
<li>Commerce education background; good in Excel and Word.</li>
<li>Experience as a cashier or clerk in a hotel, or a fresher eager to build a career in Finance
</li><li>Strong attention to detail, proficiency in accounting software considered an advantage
</li><li>Ability to collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure accurate financial information.

<li>Communicate and liaise with customers via telephone and email
</li><li>Assist in the compilation of all reports, presentations and coordination of sales and marketing activity</li>
<li>Responsible for maintaining client database</li>
<li>Coordinate sales and marketing activities, promotions, and digital content</li>
<li>Assist in organizing hotel events, activations, and brand campaigns</li>
<li>Maintain sales and marketing materials and ensure brand consistency</li>
<li>Monitor market trends and competitor activity</li>
</ul>
What we need from you
<ul>
<li>Strong communication and organizational skills</li>
<li>Creative mindset with attention to detail</li>
<li>Proficiency in Opera, MS Office; Canva or design tools a plus</li>
<li>Previous experience in hospitality or marketing preferred</li>
<li>A team player with a proactive attitude and a passion for service</li>
