 The ideal candidate is extremely detail oriented with strong design abilities and a distinct eye for color, pattern, and typography. We are looking for a talented graphic designer with deep experience in conceptual design as well as production design and iterating. You excel in an independent, fast-paced environment, can juggle a variety of daily projects, while being a team player.
 
 
 
 
 
 RESPONSIBILITIES
 
 
 &bull; Create design briefs and determine requirements
 
 
 &bull; Create and post social media content
 
 
 &bull; Schedule projects
 
 
 &bull; Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
 
 
 &bull; Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
 
 
 &bull; Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
 
 
 &bull; Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
 
 
 &bull; Study design briefs and determine requirements
 
 
 &bull; Schedule projects and define budget constraints &bull; Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
 
 
 &bull; Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
 
 
 &bull; Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software
 
 
 &bull; Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic &bull; Amend designs after feedback
 
 
 &bull; Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand &bull; Other projects as assigned
 
 
 
 
 
 REQUIREMENTS
 
 
 &bull; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in graphic design or related field
 
 
 &bull; 5+ years of print, digital, and web design experience
 
 
 &bull; Extremely detail oriented and self-disciplined
 
 
 &bull; Works well under pressure, with a natural sense of urgency
 
 
 &bull; A diverse portfolio that showcases a refined style across a variety of project types and mediums
 
 
 &bull; Demonstrable knowledge of brand, brand systems, advertising, and marketing strategy
 
 
 &bull; Proven graphic designing experience
 
 
 &bull; A keen eye for aesthetics and details
 
 
 &bull; Excellent communication skills
 
 
 &bull; Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
 
 
 &bull; Agency experience preferred
