Graphic Designer

The ideal candidate is extremely detail oriented with strong design abilities and a distinct eye for color, pattern, and typography. We are looking for a talented graphic designer with deep experience in conceptual design as well as production design and iterating. You excel in an independent, fast-paced environment, can juggle a variety of daily projects, while being a team player.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create design briefs and determine requirements

• Create and post social media content

• Schedule projects

• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements

• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas

• Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand

• Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field

• 5+ years of print, digital, and web design experience

• Extremely detail oriented and self-disciplined

• Works well under pressure, with a natural sense of urgency

• A diverse portfolio that showcases a refined style across a variety of project types and mediums

• Demonstrable knowledge of brand, brand systems, advertising, and marketing strategy

• Proven graphic designing experience

• A keen eye for aesthetics and details

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines

• Agency experience preferred
