Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and organized Office Assistant/Receptionist to join our team! You will manage front desk responsibilities, handle multi-line phone systems, and provide essential administrative support. Shift is 7am - 3pm, Monday through Friday.Duties<ul><li>Answer multi-line phone systems promptly with courteous phone etiquette</li><li>Manage appointment scheduling</li><li>Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization</li><li>Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks desktop and support basic office management functions</li><li>Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages</li><li>Support clerical tasks such as scanning, photocopying, and maintaining organized records (paper &amp; digital)</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)</li><li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively</li><li>Experience with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette standards</li><li>Previous office experience or clerical background preferred</li><li>Knowledge of QuickBooks desktop for basic bookkeeping tasks; data entry skills are essential</li><li>Strong typing skills with attention to detail for proofreading and document accuracy</li><li>Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor</li><li>Time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently</li><li>Personal assistant or administrative experience is beneficial for supporting team members effectively</li></ul>Join us in creating a welcoming environment while honing your administrative talents!
