The role focuses on supporting project sales, developing client relationships, and closing opportunities with end users, consultants, and contractors.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Support and drive sales of HVM and Perimeter &amp; Physical Security Systems, including:</li><li>Crash-rated bollards, barriers, road blockers</li><li>Fences, high-security gates, and hostile vehicle mitigation systems</li><li>Promote Access Control &amp; Automation Solutions, such as:</li><li>Gate automation systems</li><li>Turnstiles and pedestrian access control</li><li>Parking barriers and integrated control systems</li><li>Identify and develop opportunities with consultants, contractors, system integrators, and end users</li><li>Conduct site visits, understand project requirements, and coordinate technical proposals</li><li>Assist in presales activities, estimations, and preparation of techno-commercial offers</li><li>Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and vendors for solution alignment</li><li>Track leads, follow up on proposals, and support negotiations to close deals</li><li>Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends</li><li>Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; ExperienceBachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field3&ndash;6 years of experience in project sales within:<ul><li>Perimeter &amp; Physical Security Systems</li><li>HVM solutions</li><li>Access control and automation</li></ul>Practical experience with:<ul><li>Crash-rated barriers, bollards, road blockers, fences, and high-security gates</li><li>Gate automation, turnstiles, parking barriers, and integrated control systems</li><li>Exposure to subcontracting projects with contractors and end users</li><li>Basic understanding of estimation, value engineering, and presales support</li><li>Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills</li><li>UAE/GCC market experience preferred</li></ul>Why Join Stebilex Systems?Work with high-impact security projects across the GCCExposure to critical infrastructure and government-level projectsCompetitive salary and performance-based incentivesOpportunity for professional growth in a specialized security domainJob Type: Full-timeAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Have you handled subcontracting projects with main contractors or consultants?</li></ul><ul><li>Are you experienced in site visits, requirement analysis, and coordination with presales/engineering teams?</li><li>Which markets do you have sales exposure in?</li><li>Are you currently based in the UAE or willing to work across GCC projects?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>project-based sales of perimeter security or HVM systems: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>
