Sales Executive – HVM & Perimeter Security Solutions

Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive with hands-on experience in project-based sales of HVM, perimeter security, and access control systems. The role focuses on supporting project sales, developing client relationships, and closing opportunities with end users, consultants, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and drive sales of HVM and Perimeter & Physical Security Systems, including:
  • Crash-rated bollards, barriers, road blockers
  • Fences, high-security gates, and hostile vehicle mitigation systems
  • Promote Access Control & Automation Solutions, such as:
  • Gate automation systems
  • Turnstiles and pedestrian access control
  • Parking barriers and integrated control systems
  • Identify and develop opportunities with consultants, contractors, system integrators, and end users
  • Conduct site visits, understand project requirements, and coordinate technical proposals
  • Assist in presales activities, estimations, and preparation of techno-commercial offers
  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and vendors for solution alignment
  • Track leads, follow up on proposals, and support negotiations to close deals
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field

3–6 years of experience in project sales within:

  • Perimeter & Physical Security Systems
  • HVM solutions
  • Access control and automation

Practical experience with:

  • Crash-rated barriers, bollards, road blockers, fences, and high-security gates
  • Gate automation, turnstiles, parking barriers, and integrated control systems
  • Exposure to subcontracting projects with contractors and end users
  • Basic understanding of estimation, value engineering, and presales support
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • UAE/GCC market experience preferred

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
