Roles &amp;amp; Responsibilities&#61623; Manage and oversee all food, grocery, and daily supply purchases for MD House.&#61623; Develop, plan, and execute cost-effective sourcing and purchasing strategies.&#61623; Maintain and evaluate vendor relationships to ensure timely, quality, and reliable.&#61623; Negotiate rates and contracts to achieve best market value and quality assurance.&#61623; Maintain accurate purchase records, payment tracking, and supplier database.&#61623; Coordinate with inventory and kitchen staff to assess demand and stock levels.&#61623; Ensure all purchases are done within the approved budget and timelines.&#61623; Forecast price and market trends to anticipate cost fluctuations.&#61623; Oversee asset management, maintenance purchases, and cash flow records.&#61623; Generate weekly and monthly purchase reports for management review.&#61623; Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and legal standards.Educational Qualification / Background&#61623; Candidate should be Graduate in Agriculture or have strong experience in Farming / Agriculturaloperations.&#61623; Preference will be given to candidates with experience in organic food procurement, groceries, andkitchen supplies management.Key Skills &amp;amp; Expertise&#61623; Strong knowledge of organic and grocery supply chains.&#61623; Experience in vendor management, purchase planning, and rate negotiation.&#61623; Skilled in cash handling, asset tracking, and budget control.&#61623; Ability to forecast purchase requirements and maintain stock efficiency.&#61623; Trustworthy, disciplined, and capable of working independently at a senior level.Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;350,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
