The Accounts Receivable Executive will be responsible for managing customer invoices, ensuring timely collections, and maintaining accurate records of receivables. The role requires proactive payment follow&#8209;ups, reconciliation, and coordination with internal teams to support smooth financial operations.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Generate and issue customer invoices in line with contracts and project milestones.</li><li>Conduct regular payment follow&#8209;ups with clients/customers via calls, emails, and official correspondence.</li><li>Track outstanding receivables and prepare aging reports for management review.</li><li>Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies related to billing or payments.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of invoices, receipts, and payment status in accounting systems.</li><li>Escalate overdue accounts and coordinate with management for resolution strategies.</li><li>Support month&#8209;end and year&#8209;end closing activities related to receivables.</li><li>Collaborate with sales, contracts, and project teams to resolve client queries regarding invoices.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;100,000.00 - &#8377;350,000.00 per yearExperience:<ul><li>Accounts receivable: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Preferred)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Gurugram, Haryana (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
