Office Assistant Duties<ul><li>Maintain and organize electronic and paper filing systems.</li><li>Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner.</li><li>Perform accurate data entry and record maintenance.</li><li>Process customer work orders and prepare for billing.</li><li>Register customer equipment and maintain related documentation.</li><li>Assist with special projects and administrative tasks as assigned.</li><li>Utilize basic computer applications and office software.</li><li>Learn and use company accounting and scheduling software (training provided).</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and familiarity with PC file management and folder structures.</li><li>Strong organizational and communication skills.</li><li>Attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.</li><li>Willingness to learn new systems and procedures.</li></ul>Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Retirement plan</li></ul>Work Location: In person
