Well then come join one of the largest and most reputable smartphone repair companies in the US. uBreakiFix handles everything from iPhones, Samsungs, LGs, Nexuses, HTCs, Droids, Xboxes and PlayStations, to cameras, laptops and computers.Position: Repair &amp; Sales Technician / Field Repair &amp; Sales TechnicianHighlights:<ul><li>We are looking for a repair technician who is customer service oriented, well groomed, punctual, assertive, positive, team player and motivated.</li><li>Devices that will be serviced are iPhones, Samsung Galaxy line, and Google Pixels. They will be serviced for a screen repairs or battery replacements.</li><li>We provide a work van, travel expenses, and the equipment needed for each repair.</li><li>Pay is Hourly + Commissions on sales of phone accessories, extended warranty plans and other upsells. You will have many opportunities to make these sales since we have a steady flow of customers daily.</li></ul>Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:THE customer experience is Key<ul><li>Sales and understanding the fundamentals of the customer needs.</li><li>Diagnose, troubleshoot, potential problem solving and providing solutions.</li><li>Explain complex technical issues to customers in a non-technical, simple to understand manner</li><li>Positive, professional and assertive attitude!</li></ul>understand store flow, remote tech flow and store and van operations<ul><li>Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of all operations.</li><li>MUST have a driver's license and over the age of 21</li><li>MUST be able to pass a background check, driving record screening, and drug screening.</li><li>Driving record must be clean</li></ul>Basic Qualifications:<ul><li>Outstanding customer service skills</li></ul>The ability to operating in high pressure situations<ul><li>Strong interest in technology</li><li>No repair experience is necessary because we provide on-the-job training and guidance.</li><li>Excellent technical, problem solving, and analytic skills</li><li>Ability to work well in team environment</li><li>Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays</li><li>High school diploma or GED Preferred Qualifications</li></ul>If you have experience, that will be a huge plus.Job Type: Full time (Hourly + Commission)Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Professional development assistance</li></ul>Schedule:<ul><li>Day shift</li><li>Monday to Friday</li><li>Weekends as needed</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Phone Repair: 1 year (Preferred, not required)</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
