Position: Repair & Sales Technician / Field Repair & Sales Technician

Highlights:

• We are looking for a repair technician who is customer service oriented, well groomed, punctual, assertive, positive, team player and motivated.
• Devices that will be serviced are iPhones, Samsung Galaxy line, and Google Pixels. They will be serviced for a screen repairs or battery replacements.
• We provide a work van, travel expenses, and the equipment needed for each repair.
• Pay is Hourly + Commissions on sales of phone accessories, extended warranty plans and other upsells. You will have many opportunities to make these sales since we have a steady flow of customers daily.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

THE customer experience is Key

• Sales and understanding the fundamentals of the customer needs.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, potential problem solving and providing solutions.
• Explain complex technical issues to customers in a non-technical, simple to understand manner
• Positive, professional and assertive attitude!

understand store flow, remote tech flow and store and van operations

• Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of all operations.
• MUST have a driver's license and over the age of 21
• MUST be able to pass a background check, driving record screening, and drug screening.
• Driving record must be clean

Basic Qualifications:

• Outstanding customer service skills

The ability to operating in high pressure situations

• Strong interest in technology
• No repair experience is necessary because we provide on-the-job training and guidance.
• Excellent technical, problem solving, and analytic skills
• Ability to work well in team environment
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• High school diploma or GED Preferred Qualifications

If you have experience, that will be a huge plus.
