Job Title: Program Implementation Associate/Science Trainer Organization: STEM Learning Experience: Up to 2 years in relevant profile/field Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra Preference: Immediate joiners preferred Salary: As per company standardsKey Responsibility Areas:<ul><li>Training &amp; Development:</li><li>Train teachers on Physics concepts and pedagogy.</li><li>Conduct demonstrations and plan impactful sessions.</li><li>Develop engaging and effective content.</li><li>Program Implementation:</li><li>Facilitate knowledge sharing and ongoing support.</li><li>Encourage interactive communication with stakeholders.</li><li>Identify schools and create MIS reports as per corporate requirements.</li><li>Obtain permissions from education officers and list schools for program implementation.</li><li>Responsible for conducting school-based activities such as client engagement events, science competitions, and other interactive STEM sessions.</li><li>Monitoring &amp; Impact Assessment:</li><li>Emphasize turning average schools into model schools.</li><li>Analyze program impact, document implementation, and prepare detailed reports.</li><li>Recognize talent and document success stories.</li><li>Maintenance &amp; Support:</li><li>Maintain MSC models and resources.</li><li>Encourage ownership among teachers.</li><li>Address corporate requirements and ensure timely report writing.</li><li>Report writing</li><li>Draft training, activity, and implementation reports.</li><li>Compile client progress reports (monthly and quarterly).</li><li>Relationship Building</li><li>Build and maintain positive relationships with schoolteachers and staff.</li></ul>Qualification:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Physics (B.Sc/M.Sc).</li><li>B.Ed completed or in progress is an added advantage.</li><li>Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.</li></ul>NOTE: Candidate needs to have their own Laptop.Selection Criteria:<ul><li>Experience in training students or teachers in Physics concepts.</li><li>Proficiency in regional language(s).</li><li>Effective communication skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
