Job Description:

Experience: 1 to 3 years in relevant profile/field

Qualification:

§ Candidate should have completed degree in B.sc/M.sc in Physics

§ Candidate completed or pursuing B.ED will be an added advantage

§ Good inter personal, communication and presentation skills.

Selection Criteria:

§ Experience in training Student or Teachers in Physics Concepts

§ Proficient in Regional Language

§ Good Communication Skill

Key Responsibility Area:

§ Training of Teachers

§ Knowledge sharing and Hand Holding.

§ Content Development

§ Planning and Conducting Demonstrations

§ Maintenance of MSC Models.

§ Encouraging Teachers to change pedagogy.

§ Encouraging two-way Communication with stakeholders.

§ School identification and creating MIS Report as per corporate requirement.

§ Effectively obtaining Permission from education officer and getting school list

§ of government and government aided schools.

§ Emphasize on making average school to a model school

§ Impact Assessment (Analysis, program implementation and documentation)

§ Perform other duties as assigned time to time

§ Receiving request letter from schools.

§ Ability to handle corporate’s requirements.

§ Report Writing (Tanning & implementation report)

§ Inculcation ownership amongst teachers

§ Talent Recognition and documentation (Success stories)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
