Summary
 As a full-time on-site Operations Support Specialist, you will work closely with the vCIO, Assistant Operations Manager, and the COO. This mid-level role is for someone who enjoys being responsible for a variety of tasks in a supportive capacity.
In this role you will proactively: 
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
vCIO Support: prepare and manage opportunities, quotes &amp; proposal projects; prepare quarterly SBR research and documentation; create tasks for engineers assigned to support clients</li><li>
Asset Management: create new assets (individual &amp; bulk imports); track existing assets for replacement &amp; renewals.</li><li>
Vendor Coordination: manage vendor deal registration requests; partner level certification oversight; company vendor agreement tracking &amp; oversight.</li><li>
365 license maintenance: manage 365 licensing renewal reviews and planning.</li><li>
Purchasing: process opportunities; submit &amp; track purchase orders; Shipping &amp; Receiving.</li><li>
Inventory Oversight: maintain and audit sellable stock; issue &amp; audit employee equipment.</li><li>
Workstation Deployment Support: prepare applicable opportunities and quotes for the workstation deployment requests.</li><li>
Coordinator Coverage: cover the coordinator role for 1 hour at the end of each day, lunch &amp; time off. Receive, review and triage, delegate and/or schedule incoming client service requests via phone, email, and Autotask ticket submission.</li><li>
Client contact and follow-up (e.g. quotes/change orders/asset management and renewals) while acting as a client advocate to ensure all their needs are met.</li><li>
Other operational tasks and duties as assigned.</li></ul>
Requirements:

To thrive in this role you must have:<ul><li>
A minimum of one year of experience (preferably two) with Microsoft office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.</li><li>
A minimum of one year experience (preferably two) of data entry and the ability to work in multiple software platforms interchangeably throughout the day</li><li>
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, and the ability to create orderly tracking systems.</li><li>
A team player mindset and ability to switch gears as needed.</li><li>
Integrity, positive outlook, and dedication to dependability</li><li>
Background with software subscriptions (365, Azure, Sophos) a plus</li></ul>
